Tom is co-founder of CP and has 20 years experience spanning media, creative, digital & social agencies in Europe and ANZ. Tom’s vision has been to lead an agency that cared as much about great creativity as it did about where that creative went. A planner by trade, Tom has built CP around creative & connection’s planning; integrated communications that are always distinctive, consistent & fit-for-channel. Tom has led work with some of the world’s most progressive brands including Nike, Nestlé, Unilever, Lion & The Coca-Cola Company to name a few.

Dave Jansen:

CREATIVE PARTNER / CO-FOUNDER

With 18 years of experience across digital, entertainment, advertising and production, Dave is part CD, part EP and part chief energy officer. He has an unwavering passion for entertaining creativity that that puts the audience first, and has led major campaigns for Tourism Australia, Fantastic Furniture, Tooheys, XXXX, McDonald’s, Menulog & Westinghouse and won a International Emmy Award for #7 Days Later, the world’s first crowdsourced TV show. Dave is also the founder of Infinity Squared an award winning creative & production company.

Sophia Kang: 

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER / PARTNER

A partner of the agency with 18+ years across entertainment, production and advertising, Sophia is an operational and financial ninja who uses her extensive knowledge and expertise to streamline and operationalise businesses, making them more efficient and more profitable but with a core belief that the culture and people of the business must always come first.

 

Chris Johnson:

CJ is a creative leader with over 20 years of experience working in Australia’s leading creative agencies. Throughout his career he has worked across a wide range of brands and categories, and has won more than 70 awards at the world’s most prestigious award shows, including D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Clio, AWARD, The Webby’s and Spikes Asia. CJ brings the unshakable principles of effective advertising to the CP creative offering. Chris has worked on the full spectrum of clients from iconic Australian brands like Qantas, Telstra and Arnotts to more nimble challenger brands like Virgin Mobile, Fantastic Furniture and Menulog.  

Tim Collier: 

STRATEGY DIRECTOR

Tim AKA ‘The Grumpy Strategist’ has an unwavering obsession with delivering effective advertising and true business results. He has a combined experience across both client side marketing roles and agency roles, with extensive experience leading clients solutions creatively and with media and was recognised as a BT 30 under 30 in 2016. He was involved in the brand platform development for many brands including Magic Box Wines, Dick Smith Retail and Jacob’s Creek and led innovation pipelines for major clients, including CBA and Colonial First state. 

Gemma Geraint:

Gemma started her career working at digital agencies in London and then Amsterdam, managing large global website developments before returning to Australia and moving into specialist digital GAD roles in full service creative agencies before being lured to Qantas to set up their content studio and production department leading a 20+ person team. Gemma has a true mix of advertising, digital and client side experience and truly compliments the CP offering. She has worked across brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Grolsch, Adidas (Webby Award winner), Bank of Queensland (Bronze Effie), Tourism Australia (Webby Award winner), Menulog and Fantastic Furniture. 

 

Bonnie Ledsam:

With extensive agency and client-side experience in creative operations and production, Bonnie combines old school craft with new world delivery. With a passion for problem-solving, innovation and great work, Bonnie is a big picture thinker who manages the creative and business stakeholders of a project to ensure the work is always the best possible and true to the original vision. Bonnie has delivered projects for some of Australia’s best loved brands including Qantas, ARU, NBN and Tourism Australia.
